NONE TO NAAN Havent had naan for a long time. Didnt regret crossing the causeway with the extra toll money paid for Pelangi Plaza Arabian Nights garlic flat bread and Lamb Nahari. The bread, speckled with red chilly flakes, is supple and tears easily. You can even enjoy it just on its own. And being a bready person, thats exactly what I did. The tomato smothered Lamb Nahari surrenders graciously without any restraint as you pull the grains apart. It is soft, tender and sweet, leaving your jaw idle, rested and underwork. I left the restaurant smelling of mint and coriander. Perfect herbs for the lamb shank dish.
