NORTH COUNTY — A 34-year-old Marine died in a motorcycle accident on Palomar Mountain Saturday morning, authorities said. Andrew Mykle Budenz was riding a Ducati motorcycle north on South Grade Road, north of state Route 76, about 10:30 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said. He was going 45 to 50 mph when he lost control of the bike, laid it down, and was thrown into the path of an oncoming vehicle, the CHP said. The other vehicle, driven by Carlos Castro, 48, of Oceanside, was going about 25 mph when it collided with Budenz, the CHP said. Budenz died at the scene. He lived in the Serra Mesa area with his wife, the Medical Examiner’s Office said. .....oh yeah that happens right....i never go on weekends
