NORTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL - North Tyneside (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading) (Consolidation) Order 2014 Variation Order No. 19 2014 Area around Whitley Road Car Park, Whitley Bay Coming into force: 15 Dec 2014 : North Tyneside Council gives notice that it has made a Variation Order under Sections 1, 2 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order, which will come into force on 15 December 2014, will be to vary the North Tyneside (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading) (Consolidation) Order 2014, so that a no waiting at anytime restriction is introduced on: a) the west side of the unnamed road between Victoria Avenue and Helena Avenue, Whitley Bay, from its junction with Whitley Road for a distance of 24 metres in a northerly direction; b) the east side of the unnamed road to the east of the car park located between Whitley Road and Styan Avenue, Whitley Bay for its entire length; and c) the south side of Rear Styan Avenue, Whitley Bay, between its junction with Cheviot View and the unnamed road to the east of the car park located between Whitley Road and Styan Avenue. Full details of these proposals, may be examined at the address below between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained within it on the grounds that it is not made under the correct sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 20 November 2014, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
