Individuals must be responsible, dependable, lifelong learners, creative, positive, team players and most importantly love working with children. For all positions listed below we are looking for individuals who are willing to work evening hours and who understand that the primary coaching hours are from 4-8 PM as these are our main business hours. Recreational Coach/ Kindergym Coach: NVG is looking for a fun, energetic person who loves gymnastics and can transfer that enthusiasm to young gymnasts. You will be teaching the fundamentals of gymnastics, working with children ages 18 months -18 years. Your work schedule will be primarily evening hours from 4-8 PM and some Saturday morning hours. Developmental Coach: NVG is looking for a fun energetic person to work with young children who have talent and athleticism. These young children will be developed teaching the basics of gymnastics with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. These young gymnasts are being trained to become the future of the NVG Girls Team. You must be a good communicator and have patience to work with children ages 4 -7. Your work schedule will be primarily evening hours from 4-8 PM and some Saturday morning hours. Girls Team Coach: NVG is looking for experienced, hands on Compulsory Team Coach to work with Levels 4, 5, & 6. You must have experience coaching Level 4, 5 & 6 and know the Compulsory routines. Primary focus would be coaching Bars and Tumbling and being able to spot all Compulsory skills. Your work schedule will be primarily evening hours from 4-8 PM and some Saturday hours. You must also be able to travel with the Team on weekends during Meet season.
