NORTHSIDE NEWS: walking down the street behind a group of kids ages 14-17 from my perception not thugs. The police pull behind them as they are crossing the street and announce over the speaker for them to get out the street. They all part and head toward the sidewalk and 1 decides to just walk the curb.. The police officer car #490 speeds up and bumps the kid he falls on the hood both cops jump out slam him face down on the cement shake him down, all they found was receipts and a few crumpled dollars. Neighbors come out and start recording the officers threaten to take them to jail and tell them to stay the hell away and put the cameras away.
