NOT FOR SALE! Taz is a quiet 5 year old liver chestnut unregistered riding pony gelding that can be ridden by confident beginners, Taz can get forward and excited at times therefore would be best suited to someone with experience to further is education. Taz has established a good walk trot and canter, walk-canter, extended trot, leg yields, leg and seat cues and comfortable downward transitions he also will do flying changes with a more experienced rider who knows what they are doing. (Needs more work on extended trot and leg yielding) Taz has been on numerous trail rides but has never been out alone he can get silly when left alone and other horses have ran off when his left behind, he is good with cars, trucks, motorbikes, dogs, etc. Has crossed busy roads and was perfect. Ridden bareback along roads and has been swimming in a dam and loved it, will jump anything you point at him on trails. Been to local shops. Taz has jumped roughly 70cm confidently but due to young age havent gone any higher. Has jumped side by side with a friend with no hesitation (pictured). Point him at at anything and hell have a go. I have ridden him while I had a broken wrist and he behaved perfectly. Although Taz will have a go I dont think its his strong point. Taz recently had his feet and teeth done. He stands for the farrier (barefoot) and dentist but will take a few steps backwards. He is great to catch walks straight up to you, stands for rugging he normally walks straight on the float but can be a bit hesitant to new floats. While being tied up Taz will stand but can get a bit fidgety at times. Taz can be ridden bareback in a halter and without a bridle havent tried tackless but he should be fine as he steers of leg. Taz has also been to 2 gymkhanas and the Whittlesea show and has always placed.
