NOT HAPPY Came home to a $458.25 vet bill even though I had arranged with the local vet and the preferred new vet that any bills I would settle on my return from holiday! The local vet would not treat Ebony unless Simon and Nicole Freeman agreed to pay in full!!!! Have just taken her back for a check up. Wanted to take off the bandage to have a look - I said is that necessary - I dont want to pay another $60 for a new bandage she agreed to $30 :-( They agree it is clear as daylight in the notes that I would pay on my return and are going to investigate how this happened (and do what I dont know). Fortunately its not broken (expensive X Rays confirmed that!) Just a bad sprain that could take a couple of weeks to repair. Never known such an expensive dog! At least we have a nice clean bandage now! Thanks Nicole and Simon for looking after her.
