Did you hear the Holy brother now runs a major juicy government national program. That Gen Kayihura has presided over the most abusive and corrupt police force in Uganda. The police has more stocks of teargas and the swift ability to show up in seconds to repress Opposition people but houses officers in dungeons and can not respond to fire out breaks neither does it have fuel to arrest suspects...He jst got 3 more years as IGP of Uganda. #YouWantAnotherWrap?
