[NOTE: PLEASE READ THIS FULL POST I WROTE--you may need to expand it, THEN WATCH THE FULL VIDEO BELOW AFTER]. [VIDEO LINK: youtu.be/a_ft7y6QzG4] While many of us are worrying about our little old-selfish enterprises and getting our own way (something we have all been guilty of), the jaws of the New World Order are closing in all around us. And sadly, many of us do not see the seriousness of it nor comprehend just how soon Jesus is going to come. Instead of worrying so much about our little selfish enterprises that will fade away--that things may not be going as we wanted, we should be sounding the alarm and warning people, so that we might be prepared for what is coming. I invite all to please take the time to watch this short 15min. video, from start to finish. Watch it all the way through as it is immensely important. It is shocking to see that Charismatic and Pentecostal leaders around the world are embracing the Pope and uniting with him, and even praying in so called tongues over him. What is happening here is a razor-sharp, indisputable fulfillment of Prophecy. But first one must be familiar with the prophetic words before they can even discern how what is happening is truly coming to pass exactly as foretold in the books of Daniel and the Revelation. The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. BLESSED is he that READETH, and they that HEAR the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. (Revelation 1:1-3) Thus we see that there is a blessing pronounced upon those that read and hear the words of this prophecy, and all the things which are in this book. The Greek word for hear is akouo, and it means to consider, to perceive, to comprehend, to understand. What is happening is a false world-wide, counterfeit unity, all under the subtle guise of peace, love, and family values. The emphasis is to put away our doctrinal differences and unite in love. But this is precisely the kind of brainwashing it will take to cause the world to wonder after the beast. The Devil isnt stupid. Only those who are FIRMLY planted on the rock and grounded will escape the snare that is to come upon the whole world. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. (Dan. 8:24) The Papacy (Roman Catholic Church) has shed more innocent blood in human history than any institution that has ever existed. Yet Christian leaders of the Charismatic and Pentecostal movements who claim to be Protestant (which originally meant to protest against Rome) have the audacity to just embrace the Pope as a spiritual leader and come into unity with Rome?! The Antichrist Power that murdered somewhere between 50 and 120 million saints during the Middle Ages?! That teaches we are to pray to Mary as an intercessor?! Even a secular historian admits: That the Church of Rome has shed more innocent blood than any other institution that has ever existed among mankind, will be questioned by no Protestant who has a competent knowledge of history. The memorials, indeed, of many of her persecutions are now so scanty, that it is impossible to form a complete conception of the multitude of her victims, and it is quite certain that no power of imagination can adequately realize their sufferings. — W. But notice how this destruction eventually evolves under the guise of peace and prosperity: And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. (Dan. 8:25) At the end of the 1260 years of tyrannical reign of the Roman Catholic Church (also called the Papacy), it received a deadly wound by the French Government, which crippled its ability to rule over the saints, and religious freedom was born and blossomed after 1798. Bible societies around the world kicked into gear and spread for the first time like the leaves of autumn. But since that time, the wound inflicted upon this Beast power has steadily been healing. Remember, ALL the Protestant Reformers were united that the Papacy was indeed this power spoken of--and no prophecy of scripture is of any private interpretation (2Pet. 1:20). Not until the last 150 years have the majority of Protestants abandoned this position, and are now coming back under the fold of Rome, as the Papacy regains its former supremacy---but this time, under a much more subtle guise. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. (2 Pet. 1:20) And we see the counterfeit unity playing out: And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. (Rev. 17:12,13) Those who fall for this world-wide deception, the Apostle Paul tells what will happen to them: And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2Thess 2:8-12) And HOW will people be deceived by this great lie that is to envelop the whole world? By believing FALSE DOCTRINES and avoiding studying the Bible. By holding back from advancing in the light. By not having a living, growing connection with Christ. But in order to know what sound doctrine is, we have to become familiar with truth to discern between truth and error---our feelings will not guide us into truth. The charisma and excitement of our Church friends will not save us either. Proof? Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron. (1 Tim. 4:1,2) A few verses later, Paul adds, Till I come, give attendance to READING, to exhortation, DOCTRINE....Take HEED unto thyself, and UNTO THE DOCTRINE; CONTINUE IN THEM: for in doing this THOU SHALT BOTH SAVE THYSELF, AND THEM THAT HEAR THEE. (1 Tim. 4:13,16) Thus we see that Paul places the importance of continuing in correct doctrine and teaching, even to the point of saying that if they do these things and continue in them, they will SAVE themselves. Hes talking to those who are already believers! But if they are still going to save themselves, they better follow these admonitions and not remain comfortable in their old customs and faith, but advance in the light! For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. (2Tim. 4:3,4) But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine. (Titus 2:1) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron. (1 Tim. 1,2) Many think that departing from the faith means to leave Christianity. It also means to accept false teachings WITHIN Christianity as just noted. In fact, Paul, John, Peter, and Jude all forewarn about the apostasy and false doctrines that will envelop the Church worldwide. Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. For I know this, that AFTER my DEPARTURE SAVAGE WOLVES will come in AMONG YOU, not sparing the flock. Also from among yourselves men will RISE UP, speaking perverse things, to DRAW AWAY the disciples after themselves. (Acts 20:28-30) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers AMONG YOU, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. (2 Peter 3:1-3) Friends, I cannot emphasize how important this is! Heed the warnings. Do not give ear to pleasing fables and smooth feel-good messages. Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever: That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that WILL NOT HEAR THE LAW OF THE LORD: Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, SPEAK UNTO US SMOOTH THINGS, prophesy deceits. (Isaiah 30:8-10) Many do not realize it, but to love people includes warning them. And to not warn them is to hate them. And when we refuse to warn them, their blood will be upon our shoulders: O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; BUT HIS BLOOD WILL I REQUIRE AT THINE HAND. Nevertheless, IF thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; BUT THOU HAST DELIVERED THY SOUL. (Ezekiel 33:7-9) Do we all choose to comprehend the seriousness of this? Or are we just going to slide back into our old comfortable ways and not step forward? Remember, The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it? (Jer. 17:9) There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. (Prov. 14:12) Our feelings and emotions must be buried. We must seek God and study for ourselves to show ourselves approved unto God, and we must SEEK COUNSEL FROM THE GODLY and those who have learned and studied the scriptures. Blessed is the man that WALKETH NOT IN THE COUNSEL OF THE UNGODLY, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his DELIGHT is in the LAW OF THE LORD; and in his LAW DOTH HE MEDITATE DAY AND NIGHT. (Psalms 1:1,2) Wow, incredible folks! Incredible! How often do you hear things like this preached in Church? ALMOST NEVER! And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to AWAKE OUT OF SLEEP: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. (Rom. 13:12) AWAKE to righteousness, and sin not; for some HAVE NOT THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD: I speak this to your shame. (1 Cor. 15:34) Wherefore he saith, AWAKE THOU THAT SLEEPEST, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye WALK CIRCUMSPECTLY, not as fools, but as wise, REDEEMING THE TIME, because the DAYS ARE EVIL. Wherefore be ye not unwise, BUT UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE WILL OF THE LORD IS. She is silently growing into power. Her doctrines are exerting their influence in legislative halls, in the churches, and in the hearts of men. She is piling up her lofty and massive structures in the secret recesses of which her former persecutions will be repeated. Stealthily and unsuspectedly she is strengthening her forces to further her own ends when the time shall come for her to strike. All that she desires is vantage ground, and this is already being given her. We shall soon see and shall feel what the purpose of the Roman element is. Whoever shall believe and obey the word of God will thereby incur reproach and persecution. (The Great Controversy, p. 581) The last great delusion is soon to open before us. Antichrist is to perform his marvelous works in our sight. So closely will the counterfeit resemble the true that it will be impossible to distinguish between them except by the Holy Scriptures. By their testimony every statement and every miracle must be tested. (Ibid, 593) To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. Isaiah 8:20. The people of God are directed to the Scriptures as their safeguard against the influence of false teachers and the delusive power of spirits of darkness. Satan employs every possible device to prevent men from obtaining a knowledge of the Bible; for its plain utterances reveal his deceptions. At every revival of Gods work the prince of evil is aroused to more intense activity; he is now putting forth his utmost efforts for a final struggle against Christ and His followers. The last great delusion is soon to open before us. Antichrist is to perform his marvelous works in our sight. So closely will the counterfeit resemble the true that it will be impossible to distinguish between them except by the Holy Scriptures. By their testimony every statement and every miracle must be tested. Those who endeavor to obey all the commandments of God will be opposed and derided. They can stand only in God. In order to endure the trial before them, they must understand the will of God as revealed in His word; they can honor Him only as they have a right conception of His character, government, and purposes, and act in accordance with them. None but those who have fortified the mind with the truths of the Bible will stand through the last great conflict. To every soul will come the searching test: Shall I obey God rather than men? The decisive hour is even now at hand. Are our feet planted on the rock of Gods immutable word? Are we prepared to stand firm in defense of the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus? (Ibid, 593, 594) The papacy is just what prophecy declared that she would be, the apostasy of the latter times. 2 Thessalonians 2:3, 4. It is a part of her policy to assume the character which will best accomplish her purpose; but beneath the variable appearance of the chameleon she conceals the invariable venom of the serpent. Faith ought not to be kept with heretics, nor persons suspected of heresy (Lenfant, volume 1, page 516), she declares. Shall this power, whose record for a thousand years is written in the blood of the saints, be now acknowledged as a part of the church of Christ? It is not without reason that the claim has been put forth in Protestant countries that Catholicism differs less widely from Protestantism than in former times. There has been a change; but the change is not in the papacy. Catholicism indeed resembles much of the Protestantism that now exists, because Protestantism has so greatly degenerated since the days of the Reformers. As the Protestant churches have been seeking the favor of the world, false charity has blinded their eyes. They do not see but that it is right to believe good of all evil, and as the inevitable result they will finally believe evil of all good. Instead of standing in defense of the faith once delivered to the saints, they are now, as it were, apologizing to Rome for their uncharitable opinion of her, begging pardon for their bigotry.
