NOTE TO MYSELF When using a grater remember to move your fingers when you get to the bottom of what your grating .....ouch..... lots of blood so wrapped paper towel around it, then without thinking lit the gas stove ......paper towel ignites jumping up and down shaking hand to get it off.....now cut and burnt, stopped the bleeding turned around and tipped the rice mixture straight onto the oven top....forgot to put the frying pan on the flame after setting my finger on fire, to top it off reached over to turn gas off and hit the handle of the frying pan, it flips onto the floor, oil everywhere......FML.
