NOTES FROM MY DIARY; Actually I do not have a diary. I have done some stupid things in my life, observe people doing stupid things in there and my life and heaven forbid that I want to write them down to go back and read it 20 years later. I remember to much already. The most common analogy, a leopard doesnt change its spots. Ive lived with a zebra a doesnt change its stripes. I have seen leopards jumping through hopes of fire in a cage while a man snaps a whip at it. I have never seen a man riding a zebra, let alone in a cage with a man snapping a whip at it. I have grown weary of the words , terms, adjectives that I learned in 9th grade civics class evolve into four letter words. If someone uses these words today you can in to many cases assume that he is cussing you with the very first word out of his mouth: or at the least , he presumes to know what you are thinking/stand for.. The President of the United States was called a thug. A football player was called a thug. I had to think for a minute and then it occurred to me. Well they do have something in common. They are both college graduates, they both make a lot of money ( the football player makes more money that the President)...which one is the greater thug? They both speak well, depending on your use of the words that you learned in civics class and the level to which you have let them evolve with punditry driving your thought process. They both have jobs wherein they have at there disposal people who will drive them where ever they want to go. They both are on TV quite often. They both live in gated communities after a life in a downtrodden neighborhood, raised buy a single mother; I think. They both received some form of financial assistance to get into college. They both wear the uniforms common to their respective employment. They both have a tendency to consider this a democratic society and speak in a tone, freedom of speech, that animates what they maybe thinking at some moment in their life; Which may range from 90 seconds to 1 hour plus. They both do not understand why they are called thugs Well , I hope that I am lucky enough and they think I am smart /important enough to read my post . Then they will understand. Did I leave anything out.
