Concerns about corruption of the vote counting process by computer-based technology are only a very small part of the crisis in democracy. The ability to manipulate public opinion through outrageous propaganda (since the 1920s called public relations) deludes most voters in my opinion to choose leaders and political parties that work for the one percent and not for the people. This effective manipulation is described most dramatically by the award winning four part series freely available on the Internet titled The Century of the Self. vimeo/85948693 When it comes to the UFO subject, the tools of manipulating public opinion by the oligarchs are only partially successful. Despite the efforts of a servile media to ridicule UFO witnesses, or as in the US, a National Academy of Sciences that in my view has a de facto policy of preventing any attempt by institutional based science to study the phenomenon, UFOs just wont go away. They keep showing up in our skies and the messages that people receive from UFO intelligence are in my judgment slowly changing our belief systems. In the long run, those who control the vote counting cant do anything about the threat that UFOs pose to their power.
