NOTHING drives me more crazy when some uninformed nincompoop has the moral indignation to tell me that because I have nearly stopped eating meat and transformed my diet to a plant based diet that I couldnt possibly be healthy because how on earth an I getting enough protein!?! Oh the mainstream media told you meat was your only source of protein and you believed them? Is there anything else they tried to sell you that you dont buy?
