NOTHING in the world can take the place of PERSISTENCE. TALENT will not.....nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with great talent. GENIUS will not....Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. EDUCATION will not....the world is full of educated derelicts. PERSISTENCE and determination alone are omnipotent. -Calvin Coolage My addition to that is this... If you want your journey to success to be as fast, easy and enjoyable as possible maintain the whatever it takes attitude for however long it takes as suggested above then add OPENNESS TO LEARNING from everything that happens along the way. OPENNESS TO LEARNING from anything and everything that happens in your life will ease the journey more than anything else that I know of. Those who are too stubborn and arrogant to remain OPEN TO LEARNING suffer and struggle as they represent the definition of insanity very well, by doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Dont settle for struggle, choose to sail through life. Be teachable, coachable and open to learning no matter where you are at in the journey.
