NOTICE: I do not know why this has come up so many times in the past month, but I keep having people call me up and making appointments. And then when they get here and we are 5 or 10 or 15 minutes into our meeting, they tell me, or I figure out, that they already have an attorney. LISTEN: I cannot talk to you in my office, or on the phone, or on Facebook, or anywhere else if you already have an attorney. It is unethical for me to do so. Furthermore, it pisses other attorneys off and is the fastest way to get a bad reputation in the legal community if one attorney talks to other attorneys clients. If you do not like your attorney, then discharge him and THEN lets talk.
