NOTICE OF TENDER – MONTSERRAT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (MDC) Tenders are invited by the Montserrat Development Corporation (MDC) for a LABOUR ONLY CONTRACT for the construction of a Wine Bar on Lot No. 3 of the proposed Marine Village Development at Little Bay. The Wine Bar is a single-storey building of approximately 1, 362 sq. ft. The Tender documents can be picked up from the offices of the Montserrat Development Corporation (MDC), New Market Building, Robert W. Griffith Drive, Little Bay, between the hours of 8.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., on weekdays. A deposit of EC$150.00 must be paid on receipt of the Tender documents. This deposit is refundable on verification of compliance with the Instructions to Tenderers. Tenders should be returned in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Tender for the Labour Only Contract for the construction of Wine Bar (Lot No. 3), and addressed to: The Executive Chairman Montserrat Development Corporation Little Bay, Montserrat All tenders should be delivered to the office of the Montserrat Development Corporation no later than 3.00 p.m. on Monday 08th July 2013. The Montserrat Development Corporation is not bound to accepting the lowest tender and has the right to accept and reject any tender offers.
