NOTICE OF THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING 2013 Notice is hereby given that the Special General Meeting of the Association will be held at the Kilburn Community Centre, 59 Gladstone Ave Kilburn SA 5084 Kilburn at 3pm on Sunday 8 September 2013. Agenda : 1. Amendments / Additions to the Draft Constitution Document To receive and discuss any amendments to the Draft Constitution. 2. Alterations to Constitution. To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a special resolution: “That the Constitution of Kenyan Association of South Australia be amended in the manner summarised in the amended Constitution tabled by the Chairman of the meeting with effect from the close of the 2013 Special General Meeting subject to any amendments agreed upon in the Special General Meeting”. 3. AOB At the meeting, the Chairman will allow a reasonable opportunity for Members to ask questions about, or make comments on the Constitution. Please submit any questions that you would like the Executive Committee to respond to at the meeting by email to [email protected] or by mail to 51 Parsons St Marion 5043 by no later than 5.00 pm on Friday, 6 September 2013. The Executive Committee will will respond to as many of the more frequently asked questions as possible at the meeting. Please note that individual responses will not be sent.
