NOTICE ON 2014 GRADUATION Please be advised that the graduation ceremony will be held at the Midlands State University Main Campus on Friday, the 28th of November 2014. Please note that only graduands whose fees are paid in full will be allowed to attend the ceremony. To facilitate our preparations please pay up by the 21st of November 2014. You will be required to pay a graduation fee of forty dollars ($40.00), which will go towards the administration costs. Payment can be made by depositing directly into Midlands State University’s CBZ (A/C number 01820772520046), ZB Bank 4575 486039 200 and FBC Bank 6137535960297 Gweru Branch, and keep the original copy which should be produced when collecting the invitation cards. Please use the code (102) when depositing and indicate your surname, first name (s), student registration number and programme on your deposit slip. MSU Checkpoint: All graduands and their guests will pass through an MSU check point where their Admission cards will be checked. Only two persons per graduand holding an admission card will be allowed into the Graduation Arena and ONLY these TWO will be entitled to seats. Rehearsals will be held on Thursday, the 27th of November 2014 at 1400hours in the Multipurpose Hall at the main Campus. Please note that rehearsals are compulsory. Please be advised that the Town - Senga route will be closed after 09.00am and all guests and graduands will use the Fletcher - MSU route. Invitation cards will be available for collection from Faculty offices as from the 21st of November 2014. In addition academic regalia and invitation cards will be obtained from town at Hellenic Hall on the graduation day. Food will be sold on campus.
