NOTICE REGARDING ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING at 1:00 PM ON MARCH 23, 2014 Everyone is welcome to attend. Only members may vote. PROPOSALS FOR BYLAW CHANGE: Article 10.1.2 Notice. The Spiritual Community Membership shall be notified at least 60 30 days in advance of the date and place of the Annual Gathering. Article 4.4.1 Terms. Each CORE Council or Visioning CORE member shall serve a term of three years, which term shall begin immediately upon election, excluding transition terms as noted in Article 17.2. A Visioning CORE or CORE Council member may be re-elected to one consecutive full term. Article 7.5 Vacancies Filled by CORE Council, COREs or Teams. Vacancies on Teams shall be filled by a majority vote of the CORE Council, CORE or Team members then in office, even though less than a quorum. A member that is appointed to a Team by the CORE Council, COREs or Teams to fill a vacancy shall serve the unexpired term of the vacant office.
