NOTICE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS Dear Bento Pet Customers and Friends We had to make the diffuclt decision to temporarily close our store and suspend our grooming, daycare and boardiong facilities on Oxford Street for the health safety and well being of all our customers. The commencement of 3 major construction development around our store has made it difficult to continue our operations there. The foot path has been close making us inaccesible to our customers. Foot traffic has come to a standstill with footpaths to our store blocked. Even the back of our store is blocked off by the contractors due to heavy vehicle access. The nosie from the piling and digging causes severe stress to our furry kids and we have been unable to open our windows for fear of health hazards due to the debris and dust. At Bento Pets, we love our furry kids and their health and well being is our priority and we stand by our motto that they deserve the best. We apologise for the short notice and the inconvenience this has caused our fur parents and the fur kids we love so dearly. We have tried out best to explore options but we belive that our service standards are not to be compromised. We thank you for your undertstanding while we restructure our business.
