NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS ~ Warehouse Development We had a meeting with homeowners on Tuesday night to discuss the status and the way forward with the Warehouse Development taking place outside Quail Valley Village. It was brought to our attention that the Developers have been given permission by the Municipality to proceed with construction on Sundays. The only stipulation is that they cannot use heavy machinery. We have been advised that should noise levels disturb you, that you are to please contact the City Police (031 560 8004).
