NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC This is to inform everyone in the cosplay community that the owner of Shinrai Shop (https://facebook/ShinraiShop - no longer existing)and Sergio Cosplay Equips (https://facebook/SergioCosplayEquips), of 143 niugan, angat,bulacan, Ronald Bert DG. Sta.Ana, known in the cosplay community as Sergio Kun (https://facebook/sergio.chreo?ref=ts&fref=ts) is a SCAMMER. I commissioned him to make me a sword with scabbard last October 17, 2014. We agreed on 2,500 php for the work. I paid him 2,000 php as an advance payment for the task on October 24, 2014 (refer to the picture). I asked him if he can finish it before December. He told me that it will take a while since he still has other work to finish and do not want to rush to ensure quality, and so the waiting begins. On November 14, 2014 he texted me that he is “finishing” the sword but he ran out of silver and gold paint and needed the 500. So, that afternoon before going to the gym I send him the money so can finish it. (refer to the picture). November 19, 2014. I asked for the progress of the sword. He said that he is almost “finished” and will send me a picture. However, none came. December 09, 2014. I asked again but no reply. I text him again if he already finished the sword because I needed it the following week, but he said it’s not yet finished and made some silly excuses that even a kid can do better. Really? your “finishing” took more than 1 month? I asked him again when I can get the sword. He told me to meet him on the first day of Ozine Fest, December 27. Sadly, when the day came, he was no show. I called him if he will make it and he said he can’t and blamed it on family emergency, his sibling being over fatigue. He offered to ship it instead. Take note, HE OFFERED! After Ozine Fest. I texted him again when on December 29 when he will send me the sword. He said we’ll meet up at megamall instead, but he will add the belt on the sword first. So another waiting. I asked him again on the status of the sword on January 06, 2015. By this time I’m more than pissed off because of the unnecessary delays and excuses and demanded he ship it to me. He told me that there was no agreement for free shipping. Really? You freaking offered. What terribly short memory you have. He said the belt is already finished and pleaded to meet up at Ozine Fest 2015 which is on January 25th because it’s the only time he can go. I told him I needed it on the 24th because I have work next day. Again, we agreed. Another waiting game. January 24th. I texted him and called after I arrived at megamall, and I expected. He was no show. I kept calling him for almost 2 ½ hours but still no response. I already know he’s ignoring my messages and calls but I persisted. 5:21 pm at last he replied saying he can’t make it to megamall because he’s in church. Wow! We agreed to meet and he went to church for the day. How religious and on the wrong day at that. Again, he offered to ship the item to me. So, I gave him my name and address and told him to pm me a picture of the receipt that he shipped the sword. I gave him until Monday, today to do it. By this time I’m only talking to the wind and I know he won’t send it for whatever reason since he never notify me by text or pm. So, I decided to make this public announcement so that everyone will know what a terrible SCAMMER he is. I don’t care how good you are in cosplays or making props. But, if you can’t deliver your promise. Your accomplishment means nothing me. You already ruined my Christmas and New Year. I’ll be damned before if I let you ruin the rest of my 2015. By this time, I more than tired of waiting. I’m a very patient person but everything has a limit. Actually, I’ve already given up seeing that sword. If you’re reading this, Sergio kun or whatever you want to call yourself, the only thing I want to hear from you is either you already shipped my sword or give me back my money. To everyone who read this. Please pass it around and I hope you won’t become his next victim. God Bless!
