NOTICE! We have changed our cancellation policy. Effective 3/15/14, the new policy still requires a 72 hour notice, but the penalty has now been adjust to 50% of the first nights rate, plus applicable taxes. While many lodging establishments assess the full first nights rate when a cancellation occurs after the 72 hour window has passed, we feel that our new policy is more than reasonable. This change is designed to better protect us against no-shows or cancellations that occur after the deadline has passed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
