NOTICES FOR THE WEEK 15th-20th SEPTEMBER 2014 CONDOLENCES As a Parish Family, we express our heartfelt condolences and assurance of our prayers to the following: Nolvin & Elva Turnquest and family of St. Athanasius church on the passing of their daughter Andrea Turnquest. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, 20th September at 10:00am at St.Johns church. The family of the late Philip Knowles of Holy Cross church. BIBLE STUDY Bible Study resumes in the Parish at 7:00pm as follows: Tuesday September 16th St.John Wednesday September 17th St.Paul SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS MEETING There will be a meeting for Sunday School Teachers on Thursday, 18th September at 6:00pm at the Rectory. VESTRY MEETING The next Vestry Meeting of St.Pauls Parish will be held on Thursday, 18th September at 7:00pm at the Rectory. NEW CREATION CHOIR REHEARSAL Choir rehearsal will be held on Saturday, 20th September at 7:00pm at the rectory. PRIEST AWAY Canon Ward will be attending the pre-synod Clergy meetings and will therefore be away September 22nd - 25th 2014. Synod is scheduled for October 14th - 18th 2014. ST.JOHNS SOUSE - OUT St.Johns Church Souse-out will be held on Saturday, 20th September at the church hall from 7:00 until!!! SOUSE-OUT FOR CELYNA KNOWLES A souse-out in aid of Celyna Knowles medical fund will be held on the 27th September at the Francis Darville Hall in Hamiltons from 7:00am until!!!. Looking forward to your support. PRAYER BOOKS Prayer Books are available at the parish office at a cost of $20.00. SOCIAL OUTREACH PACKAGING Please remember to support our very important ministry of SOCIAL OUTREACH by generous contributions, including those in thanksgiving for your birthdays. All will be most appreciated. SPECIAL EVENING SERVICE SCHEDULE These special evening services will take the form of Evensong or Mission with particular emphasis on Christian Living 7:00pm nightly.
