NOVEMBER 3, 1979: MILESTONE -- Eagles Last Flight The Eagles album, THE LONG RUN, began a nine week stay at number one but acrimony within the band became intense during the albums accompanying tour leading to the bands breakup. The Long Run lineup would reunite in 1994 with the album, HELL FREEZES OVER introducing three new songs and live material of their classics.
