Tuesday: Chicken Caesar Salad- Chicken breast, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese & croutons with Caesar dressing. Tuna Salad On Whole wheat-tuna, mayo, egg white, celery, onion & relish on whole wheat bread. Sheppards Pie-Ground turkey, peas & carrots, tomato bisque & mashed potatoes. Wednesday: Italian pasta Salad-salami, mozzarella, roasted red pepper, onion, olives, broccoli & Parmesan cheese with Italian dressing. Chicken Fajita Pita-chicken breast, bell peppers, onion & fajita seasonings in a pita pocket with guacamole on the side. Thursday: Turkey Chili Cobb Salad Sandwich- chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, hard boiled egg & ranch dressing spread on crusty bread. Chinese chicken salad- Lettuce mix, chicken breast, carrots, green onion, cilantro, mandarin oranges, almonds & crispy noodles with Asian dressing. Friday: Hawaiian Ham & Cheese Sliders-sliced ham, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, onion, poppy seeds on sweet Hawaiian bread. Garden Fresh Vegi Salad-lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrots, onion, broccoli & kidney beans with ranch dressing.
