NOW - 4th DL Debate video WITH Transcript: Video: youtu.be/PM-sZuf2cn0 Transcript of the debate - 10-09-2014: northwestgrassroots/_downloads/4th_LD_2014_Debate_Transcript.pdf Hosted by the North Side Conservative Action Alliance, the 4th District Legislative Debate between Position 1 candidates Bob McCaslin and Diana Wilhite, and Position 2 candidates Josh Arritola and incumbent Matt Shea, was held on October 6th, 2014, at La Belle Vié in the Spokane Valley. This is the first video release from Northwest Grassroots on this debate. There is a programming issue with Camtasia 8.4 that is causing the audio track to ‘slip’ and not lock in where I insert slide images - these images are to help the viewer by displaying the question being asked. After spending much frustrating time in researching I found the issue and will need to uninstall and go back to a previous release. However, since the topic is important I am posting what was completed so that those that want to see and hear the event can do so now.
