NOW HIRING IN COVINGTON !!!! Medical Services & Support Clinical Analyst - CR Bard The Medical Services & Support Clinical Analyst is located at C. R. Bard Medical Division in Covington, GA.Summary of Position with General Responsibilities:The function of the MS&S Department is to provide medical and technical support to internal and external customers, including sales representatives, customer service representatives, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals who use Bard products. The MS&S Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level support to the department as detailed below.Essential Job Functions: Prepare monthly reports for sales reps, clinical managers, and other division personnel as needed.Assist department systems analyst with overall database management, including data cleansing, data mining, and database auditing for completeness and accuracy.Monitor database for confirmation that inquiries are routed to the appropriate department (e.g., Field Assurance, R&D, Quality).Serve as back up to answer 5 MS&S toll free lines for all Bard divisions. Respond to customer inquiries when specific clinical information is not required.Retrieve department emails and voicemails and enters into database.Serve as back up department training coordinator.Maintain department product samples in an organized, easily accessible fashion.Monitor department budget. Job Requirements •Proficient in the use of a personal computer with high level of keyboarding skills. •Proficient in the use of MicroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Adobe suite. Working knowledge of the database salesforce a plus. •Good planning, organizational, and work management skills. •Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, customer focus, excellent organizational skills, telephone courtesy, and professionalism. •Ability to work independently and in teams. •Previous experience with databases, including ability to extract/analyze/interpret data. •Strong knowledge of medical device regulations. •Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology. •Basic knowledge of Bard products. Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge: LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have the ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one or small group situation to clients and other employees of the organization.Must have the ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, business correspondence and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Must have the ability to compute ratios and percents, and to draw and interpret basic line or bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in somewhat standardized situations.Must demonstrate good judgment and reasonable ability in knowing when to defer a customer’s question to a clinical specialist. Education and/or Experience: BS degree required, preferably in a biological science. Physical Demands: Employee is required to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk and hear.
