The Apartments at the Venue is a 618 unit luxury apartment community, conveniently located off I-85, just minutes from Auburn and Opelika. Only bilingual (English and Korean) candidates will be considered for this position. The successful candidate must possess strong sales, marketing and/or administrative skills with commitment and orientation towards customer service. Must be highly organized and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, staff and management. REQUIREMENTS: • Computer experience (PC and Microsoft Office preferred), with the ability to learn new programs • Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as scheduled • Outgoing, authentic personality • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual (English/Korean) -- A Must Excellent compensation plus commission structure and full benefit package offered.
