NOW HIRING!!! Property Maintenance Technician Job Description: The Property Maintenance Technician will maintain all single-family, multi-family and commercial properties. The Technician will have daily contact with residents and personnel. The Technician will repair and maintain paint, carpet, appliances, plumbing, electric, heating and air conditioning, roads and lawn care. Technician must be proud of the environment he/she controls. A positive attitude is a must since the Technician will be the front line position to residents, other personnel and customers. A background and credit check is required. $12/hr. Part-time. Requirements: - Work with the Property Manager(s) in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities to meet and exceed the needs of all properties. - Initiate, perform and oversee maintenance projects. - Complete all turnovers, general maintenance, repairs, grounds upkeep and overall upkeep of all properties. - Develop scopes of work for small improvements/services and seek out qualified contractors to bid the work if needed.
