****** NOW HIRING ******* Property Management and Preservation Company looking for additional qualified contractors and / or Handyman in and around the Metro Detroit area to complete repairs on vacant properties.. Must have experience in some (but not all) of the following: Major and minor repairs to include: drywall, plumbing, painting, install door, furnace, hot water tank, carpet, electrical, boarding windows, lock changes, winterizations, lawn & snow care, debris removal, etc and any other possible repairs that could be needed on the home. It is not necessary to know how to do everything, the more the better and it would be to your benefit to have someone that can do what you are not able to do (i.e, furnace, hot water tanks, etc). Must be able to work in fast paced environment. Must have proper equipment. Must have or willing to obtain General liability insurance, Workers Comp. (or qualify for exclusion), E & O.
