NOW HIRING SEASONAL POSITIONS Title: Garden Merchandiser Pay: $11/hour + cell phone & mileage reimbursement Locations: Warsaw, IN area North Fort Wayne, IN area South Fort Wayne, IN area Shift: 1st JOB DESCRIPTION The basic task of the merchandiser is to insure that all live plant displays throughout the store are well stocked and look appealing. •Create and maintain working relationships with store management through great communication & quality work •Assess plants and quality throughout the store. Consolidate, refresh, and replace as needed •Pull plants for store employees to mark down or throw away •Check all pricing & signage •Assess watering needs and relay to store management •Respond to all customers with great customer service Merchandiser will be in charge of 5 different stores depending on the area. JOB QUALIFICATIONS •Willing to submit to Drug Screen •Able to lift up to 50lbs •Comfortable doing constant bending, lifting, pushing, & pulling •Have a valid driver’s license •Have a reliable vehicle to get them to store locations •Have valid automobile insurance (with proof) •Have a personal cell phone that always has minutes •Great customer service and communication skills EDUCATION •High School Diploma or GED If interested please fill out the online application at employmentplus.
