The Trucking/Forwarding industry in the Philippines will be a problem in the near Future because some of the Government policies prevented the operators to invest on new trucks like LGUs campaign for Clean Air Act, Anti-Overloading, LGUs Ordinances for Taxes in the guise of Sticker Fee (Provincial, Municipal and Barangay Level), difficulty in securing Franchise (try it and youll be disappointed.. I bet, if your application is approved - youll get your franchise minimum more than one year), bukod pa dyan ang kotong sa daan.. HPG, LTO, MMDA, NLEX/SLEX Police, LGU Traffic Enforcers. What to do?
