NOW THIS IS PROGRESS ... a very articulate woman who suffers from schizophrenia, explaining it to the medical profession ... personally I think its all about where we are on the auditory and visual spectrums. What is considered within normal range of vision and hearing may not be ALL the range there is. We have a light spectrum, some of which we KNOW is invisible to the human eye, but visible say, to cats, as is UV light. It stands to reason there is also an auditory spectrum, part of which SOME of us cant hear and SOME of us CAN ... ie some humans and dogs for example. A dogs hearing range is far superior to a humans but perhaps SOME humans have a highly developed range. Certainly makes it very difficult for them to live in this world where an above normal range is labelled as a hallucination. youtu.be/OjM9Gl_MLyQ
