We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice position in central Washington. Other provider on site. Practice is based in a Rural Health clinic. Also, there is an ER call component as well. Schedule will be M – F, 8a – 5p. ER call will be 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month. Anticipated patient volume in the clinic will be 15 ppd. ER only sees 1 ppd. Salary will be $90 – 100k+ with the option for additional pay for additional call which could add another $10 – 20k to your salary. Comprehensive benefit package includes 21 days PTO, malpractice, health insurance, retirement, and 2 wks paid CME. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus. Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $60k with the option for additional funds in exchange for a longer commitment.
