NQC? Maybe Thursday and Friday? To go or not to go. The things that tempt me: 1) Seeing some of my kiddos perform!!!!!!. 2) Apple Barn fritters 3) Bullfish Grill bread! 4) Seeing old friends that always say they are coming to Nashville but never do. 5) Mountains and mountain air. 6) Anything Tony Gore cooks. 7) Sticky bun pancakes at Flapjacks:) 8) Seeing new hair pieces on my favorite quartet guys:) 9) Having 2,365 people ask me how to break a new group:) 10) 3,876 people asking me who Steve is...and various other questions:) 11) Watching the various brands of mechanical scooters compete for prime viewing...as I am getting older and want to buy the coolest brand when I purchase one. I want the hot rod model. 12) Remembering ALL of the great times I have experienced at this event...watching the kids grow from nervous performers...to seasoned veterans. I have no words to describe. 13) Observing the vibe of the move...including the changed demographic of the local ticket buyer. 14) SEEING grandkids perform.....possibly...the BEST reason to go...(Grandkids are actually almost ahead of the Apple Barn fritters....LOLOL.) The things that make me want to stay at home: 1) Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg traffic. 2) I might miss a real estate deal. :) It looks promising. 14 to 2.....hmmmmmm:)
