NSCA Japan concluded its annual mentorship training at NSCA Headquarters. This year 20 up-and-coming coaches traveled to the U.S. for 7 days of intensive training from HQ staff. It included lecture and hands-on sessions covering topics like mobility, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, program design, tests & assessments, and more. Highlights: coaching with NSCA Founder, Boyd Epley, tour of the Olympic Training Center that included time spent in their new S&C facility, seated volleyball with USA Volleyball, and holding a torch from the 1996 Atlanta Games.
