NSCA Japan concluded its annual mentorship training at NSCA - TopicsExpress

NSCA Japan concluded its annual mentorship training at NSCA Headquarters. This year 20 up-and-coming coaches traveled to the U.S. for 7 days of intensive training from HQ staff. It included lecture and hands-on sessions covering topics like mobility, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, program design, tests & assessments, and more. Highlights: coaching with NSCA Founder, Boyd Epley, tour of the Olympic Training Center that included time spent in their new S&C facility, seated volleyball with USA Volleyball, and holding a torch from the 1996 Atlanta Games. Great week of intensive learning and fun experiences. Thank you to Ryoji Abe for your hard work in growing the NSCA in Japan. Until next year…
