To prepare rosters, organise workflows, staff training and review procedures required to ensure the provision of quality pathology collection services to Health Facilities, Doctors and Patients. To introduce and manage change for quality, efficiency and cultural improvement. To maintain morale To improve collections performance in all areas To professionally represent SEALS to all SEALS clients. To harmonise SEALS collection standards and procedures with all SEALS collection sites. Selection Criteria 1. Experience in pathology collection procedures 2. Supervisory or managerial experience especially in the areas of material, financial and human resources 3. Highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills 4. Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience 5. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills 6. Knowledge of current nursing and health issues including relevant legislation and guidelines 7. Significant computer knowledge including spreadsheet, word-processing and emailing skills This position requires a Working With Children Check (WWCC) issued by the Office of the Childrens Guardian.
