NUTRI-CHEF CHALLENGE Mechanics: ⚫️Each section must be represented by nine participants. ️️⚫️participants must prepare three dishes APPETIZER, MAIN COURSE, AND DESSERT. ⚫️All ingredients must be pre-washed and ready for cooking. ⚫️All garnishes must be edible. ⚫️All participants must look neat and wear the following: APRON, HAIRNET, DISH TOWEL, GLOVES, AND HAND TOWEL. ⚫️All participants must provide their own cooking utensils. ⚫️We are not responsible for any loss or breakage of your utensils. ⚫️Participants must leave their work station in a neat and tidy condition. ⚫️The time allotted the dishes: TWO HOURS AND THIRTY MINUTES Criteria: Palatability---------------------------25% Use of nutritious ingredients-------25% Originality----------------------------20% Visual appeal------------------------15% Ease of preparation-----------------15% GOOD LUCK PARTICIPANTS!!!!!!!! :)
