NUTRITION TIP!!! Hi Guys sorry havent been posting as regular as I said I would be! I hope these ones you all try and hopefully enjoy. Quick simple and taste great and they are a bit of fun to make if you have a few smallies in the house! Protein balls Ingredients • 3tbsp Peanut butter • 2 tbsp Manuka Honey • 4 squares dark choc (crushed) • 2tbsp Desiccated Coconut • 2 scoop choc whey protein ( if you have it) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tbsp Crushed Almonds Method Mix all ingredients in to a large bowl . Roll balls of 1 inch diameter. Roll in more desiccated coconut,place all on to a small tray and then in to the fridge for 2 hours. Thanks all!!! George D PT
