NVQ Level 3 Technical Support apprenticeship available in Blyth! (NECC REF: NECC1016) 1. Undertake assigned project as detailed by relevant Project Engineer. 2. Produce all relevant project documentation and/or drawings as required and in accordance with the customer’s specifications. 3. Produce and ensure correct upload of the appropriate project Bill of Materials. 4. Review sales order and customer specifications to clearly understand the offered scope of supply and give the appropriate technical support/solution. 5. Review the customer Approved Vendor List and Vendor Document Register to produce the required planned submission dates and to fully understand the document scope of supply. 6. Review along with the Project Engineer all drawings and appropriate documents before submission to customer so as to ensure accuracy of all drawings/documentation sent to customer. 7 Review all vendor information to ensure its conformity to the project specifications and that it fully satisfies the needs of the project both technically and commercially. 8. Review and liaise with the Quality Department on any non-conformance from any internal department that may have an impact on the functionality or overall quality of the relevant system. 9. Assist the Project Engineer with any raised ECN (Engineering Change Notices) documents relevant to the assigned project that may have an impact on the manufacturing, design and/or commercial viability of the project. 10. Actively participate in self-development; attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. 11. Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment, self and others. 12. Any other reasonable tasks as required by the Project Engineer and/or relevant Project Manager. Initial wage of £4.00 per hour working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
