NWS Storm Survey of Gig Harbor tornado has been completed. It started about 4 miles WSW of Gig Harbor around 2:18 PM yesterday, dissipating just ENE of Gig Harbor 10 to 15 minutes later. Tornado determination was based on eyewitness reports and video. Maximum intensity was EF1. Wind up to 110 mph. Path length 4.1 miles. Maximum width up to 175 yards. No injuries or deaths. Time on the ground 10-15 minutes.
