NY URGENT! This is Penelope. She only has until tomorrow, Saturday, to find a foster. DIES SATURDAY. There is a rescue willing to take her but they need a foster. She was granted a day reprieve because everyone there loves her so much. A 50 lb female dog, spayed, has lived with kids, owner surrender, apt too small for everyone; Penelope needs a home with trees, grass and a companion dog would be wonderful as well.
