Previous Next Enlarge Police are looking into the possibility that a three-week-old baby boy who died in his East Harlem home Friday night was accidentally killed by his brother, sources said. The tot, named Deion McNeil, was just 23 days old, family and sources said. “The 6-year-old liked to hold his brother,” a police source said. The baby’s mother, 31-year-old Ebony McNeil, was still being interviewed by police at the 23rd Precinct station house Saturday afternoon. Officers were called to the apartment in the Washington Houses around 7:30 p.m. Friday night and discovered the bloodied infant in his brother’s arms. The child was bleeding from his head, according to sources. Deion was rushed to Metropolitan North Hospital, blocks from his home, but doctors were unable to save him.
