NZ HOUSING | A New Zealand Reserve Bank warning that immigration is having a big impact on house prices has drawn a renewed call for curbs on the number being allowed in. The banks governor, Graeme Wheeler, told a NZ parliamentary committee on Wednesday he wasnt prepared to relax mortgage lending restrictions while there was a risk house price inflation could take off again.
