NZ s most dangerous stalker Glenn Green (AKA Goldberg) has today been sentenced to 12 months in jail for breaching his release conditions within days of getting out of prison this year. Green had previously served 2 prison sentences for stalking women. He was such a danger to society that the Parole Board each time kept him locked up until the last day of his sentence. This is why we the Public Protection Orders Bill passed URGENTLY to keep us safe from sickos like this and have them detained indefinitely. The National government is trying to get this Bill to be passed ASAP but left-wing political parties such a Mana/Internet Party and the Greens are trying to block this Bill from being passed. Attorney-General Chris Finlayson is also claiming the Public Protection Orders Bill is inconsistent with Bill of Rights provisions which protected against retroactive penalties and double jeopardy. Wow seriously??? Perhaps the Mana/Internet Party and the Greens and Attorney-General Chris Finlayson all need reality checks what do you think?
