Na Bíblia, o 1º livro, que intitula-se 'Gênesis' é o livro do princípio/começo do mundo e dos primeiros séculos da humanidade. O termo 'Gênesis' vem da palavra grega 'genesis', que significa 'origem', simplesmente falando. O último livro da Bíblia, intitula-se 'Apocalipse', que é o livro da consumação e da revelação das coisas que hão de acontecer, resumindo-se na autoridade divina de Jesus Cristo sobre a terra, com o fito de refazê-la e reinar em justiça. 'Apocalipse' vem da palavra grega 'apokalypsis', que significa 'revelação ou descoberta'. Gênesis começa, Apocalipse termina. Jesus Cristo é o 'Alfa' (1ª letra do alfabeto grego), querendo dizer que Ele é o Princípio, e o 'Ômega' (última letra do alfabeto grego), querendo dizer que Ele Próprio é o Fim também! JESUS É TUDO!
