Aringay also had a very handsome town Doctor - Genaro Carinno and a very amiable happy mail carrier daydi lakay Juan from San Benito . Before the time of Mrs Marcos Aringay was voted THE CLEANEST MOST BEAUTIFUL TOWN IN THE ENTIRE LA UNION AND WHERE WAS AGOO ? Agoo improved because of the Blue Ladies of Mrs Aspiras , with Mrs Marcos help.The supposedly Imelda Marcos Highway (Aringay –Manga-Gallano) was blocked then by Joe Aspiras instead built the Marcos Highway ,Without Imelda Marcos help?
