Naga IFS interacts with CS aspirants Correspondent KOHIMA, JUN 21 (NPN) :Published on 21 Jun. 2013 11:06 PM IST ShareThis Print Text Size Mijito Chishi, Indian Foreign Service (IFS), third secretary in the Indian Embassy, South Korea said that coaching for NPSC/UPSC was not necessary as long as a person was honest to him/herself and set a clear mind. Chishi said this during a motivational 60 minute highly interactive session with young aspirants on ‘A career in public administration service’ Friday at Dream Café, held under the aegis of YouthNet on ‘Young Nagas give Back’ as the resources person. Sharing his experiences, Chishi said to be successful, one has to master the Indian Constitution and advocated the participants to cultivate the habit of reading, to have structure opinion, to be solid in the arguments backed by right facts and figures and to make the issue convincing. Chishi also advised the participants not to overload themselves with materials as it only creates confusion and said there was nothing that was impossible and appealed to the civil service aspirants to make a habit of reading books. He asserted that one should learn how to appreciate others as appreciating others helps one to learn many things.
