Nahians 7 day diet. 7 days loose 7-10 kg! 1st day: Only fruits and loads of water. P.S.All fruits except bananas. 2nd day: Vegetables and fruit. Water and low protein soup. 3rd day: Bananas.Bread.Vegtables. 4th day: Meat (chiken better). Bread. Soup. 5th day: Daal.Halim. Mainly Carbohydrate. Potatoes and vegetables. 6th day: Meat again! :3 Fruit, vegetables,soup. 7th day: Fried chiken,biriyani. Ja iccha khete paro shondhar age. Shondhar por fruits. vegetables. N.B: 1. Daily 30-40 mins jogging/skipping .Make sure you sweat. Go to bed after a shower after that. You will ferl good too :3 2. Khali pete ghumabe. Khawar 1 hour por.majkhane exercise. 3.Water onek. Make sure you drink atleast 2 lites daily.ghumanor age. 4.Avoid anything oily. Beshi horny hoile breakfast e khawa jabe. khub kom. 5. Lemonade,juice,soups-have them your hearts out. You can loose atleast 7 kgs in the first week. Later the weight loss rate gets slower.But maintaining this for 4 weeks i.e. 1 month you can loose 15 kilos minimum. You really need to be patient. Controlling your hunger is the biggest obstacle. Are you good enough? It will work. Trust me. Are you fat and ugly? Just be ugly. Follow me.
